The current source beta uses Windows, Python 3.12 or 3.13, Qt WebEngine, and the iRacing SDK wrapper. Live telemetry requires iRacing and an active session.
Yes. Open Overlay Test in the menu for a simulated browser preview. The desktop app also has Demo Mode for testing the actual overlay windows.
Yes. The desktop manager provides positioning mode, drag handles, scale controls, and saved layouts. The screen border stays anchored to the monitor.
The browser tester previews the widgets. Transparent, always-on-top and click-through overlays are features of the Windows desktop app. Borderless windowed gameplay is recommended for testing.
